ETA: More from Rob’s interview – starts at 1:09

Translation

For 4 years, the Twilight vampires haunted our theaters. The saga ends with ‚Breaking Dawn – Part 2‘ out on November 14th, and we got to meet exclusively the main actors Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson in LA. The on screen couple who went through a difficult time off screen, won’t answer any personal questions but will talk about life after Twilight.

Rob: I’m kind of excited about it, at the moment. I’m not sad for now but I think I might be when we’re done with promoting it. It lasted a long time and it’s done now, it’s complete, it’s kind of exciting

Rob: I’m sure some people will say ‚they changed the story!‘ but I hope they’ll still like it.

Movies that made Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson into movie stars, the latter has a mass of projects coming up.

Rob: I’m filming a lot of movies next year. For starters, ‚The Rover‘ is some sort of futuristic western that means a lot to me. And I might film in Iraq but I’m not sure when. And finally I’m gonna shoot with Cronenberg again, it’s incredible.

Rob and Kristen’s Interview with RTL Radio (France)

Starts at 3:03 and then at 3:42

Rob and Kristen are asked in what state of mind they are now that it’s over.
Rob:
I’m not sure if I feel sad now, it was never intending to make more than one but it’s weird since we’ve finished filming for so long and we knew we’d have to do promo for ages. It’s gonna be the last premiere soon and then it’s over the next day. It’s a strange feeling to see my life goes by so fast like this, I really feel like I am.

Rob and Kristen are asked how they deal with all the scrutiny around their lives.
Rob:
The thing about Twilight, with tabloids it was easy to compare and combine with our lives, like ‚oh they love each other like Edward and Bella‘ it’s so oversimplified and maybe it’ll change, I don’t know. The thing is to keep control when things get too much, you lose it and you’re willing to do everything to get it back. It takes time and you have to listen to your guts, identify your priorities but it was difficult with so many people and money at stake.

Robert and Taylor’s Interview with RTL (Belgium)

At what moment did you realise the saga was bigger than you thought?

Rob: It started with the first movie. There’s a convention in San Diego called Comic Con, I saw fans going nuts, thinking already of the next movies. People were screaming backstage, I told myself, ‚what’s happening here, what’s gonna happen when we go out on the stage. We’re gonna storm the stage or something.‘
